Secret Quests
I think there should be quests activated by doing stuff that are kindof secret. For example, getting atop the dragon's head should bring up a quest where one is in an alternet demension of the street where the dragon can talk, and he does some thing about a backstory. This could be fun, because it would give some higher leveled quest beating maniacs something to do
