Toolbox - Fox Bait, Faded Heart, Conch, Play Cube, Quill

With the recent change to the Play Cube, also due to consistency (Random Kindness).
 I would like to put forward the suggestion to flag the following objects as Tools so they can be placed into a Toolbox.

- Fox Bait
- Faded Heart
- Conch
- Play Cube
- Quill

I personally haven't encountered the Dice yet. But Lathagra also suggests they would be a good addition.
