Home Street Hubs - The best of the past and the present.
I propose that every region has a huge building, say, 67 floors, each with 11 'portals' that each lead to a home street. This would reconnect home streets to Ur without actually removing the aspect of a personal street and style. It would also cause you to be able to mingle with the people of such a hub and get to know more Glitches. These would be Hubs. Hubs would also have a roof floor for marketing. Hubs, when Glitches don't supply items to keep them in good condition, will look worse over time. All hubs will start at 75% quality, and will have "Hub upgrade cards", which cost very high amounts of iMG. Glitches will be able to add iMG to a pool for one upgrade card of their choice. (Meaning each card has its own pool, like a vote-contribution thingy)
Only the Ancestral Lands should not hold hubs, as well as some quoin-jumping regions.
