A Happy Place for Animals
If possible, as Glitch closes, provide a "happy place" on the other side of imagination to which we can send our pigs, chickens, and butterflies -- and to which the wild animals of Ur can migrate.
Sure, they are pixels, so why bother? Because pixels are used to make symbols, and humans are symbol users. Jung explained it better than I can, but I hope you will consider this idea.

Yeah. Some kind of closure would be really nice. I'm gonna miss all my piggies. - I personally find it so sweet how some players in this community are so emotionally attached to the animals in this game and genuinely care about them. :]

- Maybe all the Glitchen and animals of Ur can be put in "cryostasis" in a space ship (or in the imagination of the giants, or something). I wouldn't even mind if there weren't art of it, but something at the end about preserving the world and its inhabitants together in imagination would be nice.

- Agree with Touya, even a little story at the end, or an email sent to all of us to tell us how it ended, especially since not all of us would be around playing till the very last minute (I am tempted to take leave just to do so). No need for art, just words. :)

Its preposterous, yet i kind of like and i wholeheartedly agree ♥ - I've been worried for my animals, too.
- Kind of like releasing cubis :)
- Besides, the fact that the animals are "only" pixels doesn't matter at all. The only thing that matters is how we feel about them.

Maybe all of our animals could sprout angel wings and fly into the sky? Okay -- yes I know that sounds corny.
But I don't want them to die. :(

After loss of community, the welfare of my animals is the thing most upsetting to me, I think- much more than my house and other stuff going *poof* (and I ADORE my house). I've set an alarm on weekends to feed them, I've kept a list of their names and re-created/renamed ones that went "astray"... in short, I'm attached. Very attached. Maybe I need counseling, or a drink, or both... but I'm crying again. Gah.
+1 to any idea that gives my animals a happy future somehow. - +1
- I want closure for my gnomes too. I've had a gnome in all my houses since the first beta named Jeebs, who was my "gnomebutler". There's another I named Jarbis in my gardens and yard.
