• once you've said them once, you can click on the text box and hit the up arrow to bring up the previous things you've said. You won't have to type 'em again!

• I copied them verbatim without the quote marks each on one line in a text file.
  
  I just copy and paste the appropriate one. Never, ever retype. Enter data only once. ;>)

• Exactly. I put it in a stickie on my screen. as in, Apple's "stickies" program. My favorite cut and paste repository.
