Papercraft Music Block Picture Frame

It would be cool if someone could make the pattern for a papercraft Musicblock that we could use as a picture frame to hold a picture of anything from loved one to a picture of your favorite giant to a picture of your favorite location in Glitch.

• Foldify for iPad (iTunes link), a papercraft app with built-in templates. Looks like it would be especially good for cubimals as well.  My iPad 1 is too old for this :(
