Buying a 12 herb garden house.

It seems like all the 12 herb garden houses are locked down pretty hard so I'm willing to pay the 1,500 to cover the 20% lost for selling a house and then put down 7,500 into your pocket after i buy the house for selling it to me. (so 9,000 in the end for you, willing to negotiate around the price). Post if your interested, thank you!

• I doubt if a 1500 currant suppliment is going to sway anybody.  You might do better to offer 75,000 or 100,000 currants to get somebodys 7.5k bog house.  I am sure there are other players who would not hesitate to pay that amount.
