Stoot BLOCKED, HUH!?!?

Okay, I cant add him to friends, Cant IM him. And when I click Visit Home street, it just says Cant visit, reason: blocked.

1. WHY ME?!?
2. I never bother him

Please unblock me stoot, or someone plz notify him

I didnt do anything, I just had him added (doesnt anyone) and wanted to see THE MASTERS (or creators) home street/tower :(
