I listen to the Savage Lovecast, Jillian Michael's podcast (don't judge me; i love her), and it's also how I load my NPR drip (terry gross, terry gross, terry gross).
These days I am fond of Jordan, Jesse GO! (it can get a bit dumb but I live for hang it up / keep it up) and Sound Opinions (the dorky siskel and ebertish music show). I am also vaguely amused by the kingdom of loathing guys' podcasts and I like to imagine a tiny speck podcast along similar lines. I asked a dev who they would cast in such a show and the answer was kevbob and she of the great accent in the mini tutorial video (stoot was so cagey in that thread about this person's identity that I will leave out the name here, plus a mystery identity could be fun in the context of a podcast!)
@Nanookie: If you like This American Life and Radiolab, you should check out 99% Invisible. Great podcast about design all around us, similar to Radiolab. I too don't like tech podcasts as they're mostly all the same to me.
