I want to celebrate.

I'm officially transferring to the University of Pittsburgh next fall, my citizenship papers are under way and I'm volunteering at a sweet cartoon and comic museum.  It's not much, but I still want to be surrounded by friends.  Unfortunately, I don't drive and most of them are far away so fellow Glitchers, send your party spirits!

• Woot! While I never lived there, my parents lived in Pittsburgh for 15 years (and only recently moved back to California). It's a great town. Great art scene.

  Lord Bacon-o:  Yeah.  I don't know compared to other cities, but there's always some kind of major art festival happening.  I'm volunteering here and they always have something going on and change exhibits frequently.  Actually, the Toonseum is expanding so I guess they're getting a lot of support.  Plus a lot of movies are being filmed here too.
