Teleportation tokens

im confused by teleportation tokens, when i go to use them it says "you can spend a tokento teleport to this location: you have used 0/5 teleportations today and have a total of 5 tokens" where do i get more tokens?

• If you access teleportation via the magic rock menu then you don't need to use a token.

• And to teleport w/o tokens, learn the Teleportation skills (there are 5).
