Staff resolved my ticket but didn't reply..

I submitted a ticket about a different account being deleted, and I went to check the ticket today and got this. http://i56.tinypic.com/1239lwh.jpg I also went to login in my deleted account, and it still says its deleted.

• Patience is a virtue. Kevin may take a while before he gets to your ticket. Until then, do other things and forget about Glitch. Glitch is an addiction and you will suffer from withdrawal symptoms. Watch MLP FiM to pass the time. It really works!

• The cloud is a special alt key character thing. You can google them.
