This is a lost artifact, known only through ancient stories of long-deceased ancestors, and has not been discovered in Ur.

The traditional gift of any child born under the all-seeing eye of Cosma, this silver spoon belonged to a baby named Algernon. Though it seems unusual for a baby-spoon to be the size of a baby, and polished to quite this blinding shine, when the fact this gift is intended to provide the greatest view of the reflected sky from a crib - and the occasional wink of Cosma - everything makes sense.
