A receipt for the making of Fish Muffins
1 1/2 cups Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tbls. Lemon Thyme
Pinch Paprika
1 Egg
1/4 cup Canola Oil
3/4 cup Milk
1 (4 oz.) can sardines in tomato sauce, thoroughly mashed with a blunt object.
Combine flour, lemon thyme and paprika in a bowl. In a separate dish mix, together the egg, oil and milk. Quickly and lightly combine the dry and liquid ingredients. Fold in the sardines. Spoon mixture into lightly greased small muffin pans. Bake in an 400 degree oven for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden. Serve warm. Makes 24.

Super Secret Chemical Recipe
1 Qt. Flour
1/2 cup Butter
1/4 cup Cream
1/2 tsp. Ginger
Salt
Make up with Molassses
Cream the butter and mix with lightly whipped cream. Sift dry ingredients together and combine with other ingredients. The dough should be stiff and needs to be pressed into whatever pan you fancy. A round or small square pan is most agreeable. Tge recipe also fits perfectly into a cast iron muffin pan, if you happen to have one and fancy oval cakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Once complete, coat with ample amounts of custard and serve with a fine black leaf tea.

15 ml. Pure Honey
1/2 Lemon Wedge, extra tart.
Combine above ingredients in a 568 mL glass of warmed Bourbon. Mix well and imbibe.
Of course, it is perfectly acceptable to do away with both the honey and the lemon and you'd still be well on your way!
