Someone has to mourn you so you can get a Diabolical Drink Ticket, then you take that to the Bar at the end of Hell, and give the ticket to Hell's Bartender in exchange for a Wine of the Dead, which you then drink (but ONLY in Hell, unless you want a quick death somewhere else), then you can hop around like normal!
