how do u get small?

I went to Khanda Jarra in Cauda and went through the keyed door. Then it takes you to a crazy portal, and that takes you to this street! Everything is kind of tiny, unless you take out items, and those look huge (and hilarious) in comparison. I used Rube lure potion and he showed up his regular size!

I saw this www.glitch.com/snaps/PUV3JO... a few days ago (you might have to copy and paste the link), and wanted to try it myself. It was pretty cute.
