Leites, I believe that is the "forgotten growth" street setting, though I could be mistaken. You should definitely take a minute to customize your street/yard!

Thanks! Just implemented "forgotten growth" and it makes me very happy. Reminds me of my family's house in the Maine woods, which I don't get to visit as often I would like.
