The photo for this page of the story book was taken in Ireland, where the sun rarely appears without the company of rain. It is rumoured widely around those parts that the normal folk prayed to the mightie giants to protect them from the Pheebsagon who they didn't realise was sweetness and light :-) honest, butter wouldn't melt! Anyway, after years of donating, the Giants 'blessed' them with almost never ending rain to quench the Pheebsagon's flame.
