At a recent party I was given a bag containg ingredients for a "Shit Sammich" and since there were no instructions, I constructed one from my own imagination. So! How does one make a shit sammich? Well, you take 2 buns, put Hot n Fizzy on em, put mustard on that, then onions, salmon, guano, cheese, guano, mushrooms, tomatoes and then you put em together. Viola! Shit sammich!
