That badge was called "Toe Dipper, First Class" and it was awarded for playing Glitch for a whole entire 11 minutes. If you find it in your own profile (you'll have to scroll back through your update feed to the beginning of time), you'll have a good idea of when you began to play Glitch. I don't know why TS retired it and also removed it from the Encyclopedia.

Except, of course, I forgot that the update feed only keeps the dates for 1 year. It will probably say "a long time ago" if you find the badge in there. That was how I originally looked back to my imagining.
