me too! I'd probably take the little dried marshmallows out of the packet-cocoa, throw away the cocoa, make good, rich cocoa from ground chocolate and steamed milk, add just enough cinnamon that no one notices, add a smidge of heavy cream, whisk it till it is frothy, pour, add the dried marshmallows, cozy up to the fire in my blanket, reach for the illustrated book and the plate of almond cookies I just took out of the oven and then sip, nibble, read, tuck feet under blanket....

They make just tiny marshmallows now, so no cocoa loss! :D They're called Mallow Bits. They're awesome in lots of stuff. Plus, shall we ever meet, you are so totally making me hot cocoa. ;)

Ooooh, cocoa!! My favorite comfort "food". Swiss Miss Marshmallow Lover's cocoa with a third to half wedge of grated Ibarra Mexican Chocolate and a double pack of the little marshmallow bits. Made with milk, not water. I'm sure it's really bad for me, but I don't have it often. Dagoba makes an excellent drinking chocolate (shop.dagobachocolate.com/DA...) with chilies and cinnamon that can fry your tastebuds if you're not careful. I like adding a 1/2 tsp. to a "softer" drinking chocolate to get just a hint of the spice. (Yes, I'm a bit of a wuss.)

oooh, that does sound good, with the chilies and cinnamon! I think I'd take the Ibarra over the Dagoba, even though the name thrills me into a yoda-coma of happiness! I haven't had Ibarra for years...I miss the little yellow box in my fridge. It is NOT bad for you!!! Just don't do it all the time :)
