Rundown of what staff has posted: Forums will be up until everyone gets their refunds, encyclopedia will stay up indefintly.

Yeah, that's not been explained, my guess is that it -might- stay up til things are sorted out, but there's no real thing on that except that it supposedly goes down at the end of the year. They'd have to leave accounts up though to sort out the refunds.
