how did you get the bags to stay on top of the cabinet without going into it?

I just dragged them on top. There are other things in the cabinet but no bags (too many extra steps)

Just drag them high above the cabinet, but not so high as to switch to the floor above.

Really do love the use of the dividers.

I suppose it is easier when the cabinet is already full.
