The quoin is to the left of this snap btw... just walk on the secret platform here and go left until you get the quoin (518 iMG for me at a quoin multiplier of around 20)

Go to the basement of any old tower, and there should be a locked door there. Open the door with a key and you will be in piryan. Have fun!

Well, maybe you'll get to Piryan - there are four streets you will randomly get to. Blooian, Orangian, Piryan and Griinolyza.
