That darn firebowl was the single most difficult to acquire furniture item i've ever pursued. It's baffling.

Why was it difficult to acquire? I have no idea - thus the 'baffling' bit in the caption. Whatever the cause, it currently holds the record for longest pursuit (thus far). There's nothing particularly rare or expensive about it, and no clear (to me) reason why it wasn't easily available.
