Did I find a Mr Smoochie or just a regular emo bear in Hakusan Heaps? The IMG/energy arrow pointed right at him.

Sorry to be a party pooper, but that is an emo bear that spawns there. Mr. Smoochie has lips to smooch you with and a certificate of smoochability.

I'm kinda out of the loop. Could someone fill me in one Mr. Smoochie or direct me to the forum post about him, please? Thanks muchly! :)
