I'm guessing this is the Ayn Rand doll. She was very much against government regulation in businesses - in other words, the government should just let corporations do their own thing without meddling in their affairs. She's saying that government intervention is a very bad thing.

Ayn Rand was an outspoken writer and philosopher during the 1940s and 50s. Not a lot of people agree with her, but at the very least she was an interesting character. With nice hair.
