One of the reasons I decided to rearrange my house was that I wanted my bedroom & living room to be the rooms with balcony access when balconies finally happen. It's going to be so nice to stand & look out on my lovely view. That's one of the things I miss most about my old treehouse. It was short on space & storage, but it had a great garden you could jump down to & climb up from, & you could stand & look into the garden from the house. lem.to/p/2ryF
