"...until Thursday morning, Pacific Time." A bit vague. It's after 10 a.m. PST, so morning has been here for over 10 hours, noon is fast approaching. Maybe next time, just estimate, err on the side of caution ("We think it'll be up by 10, so let's say noon")?
