Hog-Tied Escape Alert stuck
I was doing this quest but when I went to hog-tie my third pig it completed but wasn't put into my inventory because it was full. The hog-tied pig stayed on the ground, my quest completed and I logged off but now that I've logged back on the Hot-Tied Escape Alert is stuck and in my local chat, "Be careful, you can lose the Piggy any minute!" is repeated every couple of seconds.

I was able to remove it by capturing and releasing another big. Simple!
