quest rewards timing

Repro Steps
-----------
finish the enlarge yer slots quest and click on the rock

Expected Behavior
-----------------
Wait to give rewards until rock says it's giving the rewards.

Actual Behavior
---------------
Gives rewards at the beginning of the dialogue.

Also happens with Go Jump in a Hole, probably others.
