Choose your character: green 'fro cut off on hover
One of the characters on the choose your character screen is cut off on the hover state.
Repro Steps

Start the game registration flow.
Hover over the little dude with the green afro in the bottom row
Expected Behavior
-----------------
He highlights with the yellow glow and gets a little bigger.
Actual Behavior
---------------
He highlights but the top of his head is cut off.
