What type of browser are you using?

Trying to figure out what would be best to play Glitch on.
Currently I use Firefox 3.6.2, but I kept getting runtime errors yesterday.

  • i was using latest firefox and found no error. but when i switched to flock to try connect to my facebook account (i'm using flock for facebook, regular firefox for email and browsing, opera for downloading things, lolifox for anime forums), it keeps bouncing back to facebook connect page. most likely it was because of the addon i'm using (request policy). i'll try to set it to temporary allow all request from glitch.com and give report next time.

    nice intro btw.

  • Safari 4.0.5/OS X here. I had two hangs whilst loading new levels which required me to reload the page, but other than that, Glitch was glitch free.

  • FF 3.0.18/OS X here. no runtime errors for me. I thought it was pretty smooth.

  • i've played using a few.

i've found the flash beta in chrome is pretty slow, but the flash beta in safari is incredibly fast.

so i'd recommend using flash beta in safari.

  • If you're using Snow Leopard, you might want to try using a WebKit nightly build combined with the Flash beta, as Adobe made some changes which should make things work somewhat faster.
