Posthumous Badges!?!

Is something wonky here, or did Kukubee get a couple of badges in the past day?

• Since Kukubee is staff, he's able to still be in the game. At the moment, I'm guessing he's hard at work collecting home street images for the amazing pouches he's making for people via his etsy shop, which would explain the Affable Anthony badge for visiting home streets, and may also explain the Daily Hi-Skipper badge if he succumbs to the temptation to flee from 'hi' signs generated by butlers.
