Gardening vendor
Since there isn't a gardening tools vendor in the Chakra Phool herb gardens (would be nice for a source of hoes and watering cans right there), could the street immediately next to it have its kitchen vendor changed to be one? After all, the street next to THAT one is also a kitchen vendor, so it's not like it would be a huge inconvenience.
