That badge was called "Toe Dipper, First Class" and it was awarded for playing Glitch for a whole entire 11 minutes. If you find it in your own profile (you'll have to scroll back through your update feed to the beginning of time), you'll have a good idea of when you began to play Glitch. I don't know why TS retired it and also removed it from the Encyclopedia.

The Account page with history is still live, so we can all still get a more reliable number than the Toe Dipper badge (since they did end that badge :/ )

Yeah, that would be the smart way to do it. :D But looking up the badge was how I figured it out many moons ago.
