So, I'm leaving the game. It's just gotten kind of boring. I'm giving away EVERYTHING! I'll be walking around just handing out stuff, but here's where I'm giving away the rare stuff. Just comment below and you'll be entered in the drawing. On Tuesday, September 25, I'll be throwing a going away party with food, drinks, and I will be announcing the winners. Have fun taking a break. I did something like this a year ago but instead of a lottery, I let people know when and where I'd be starting and then ran through the streets dropping stuff or hiding it behind trees and rocks.
Gave away everything, including keys to my house and started playing again about 6 months later. Very easy to reload in just a few days when you have so many available skills. - It's sad to see someone leaving Glitch, but it's also really nice of you to give away your items like this. I'd appreciate being entered into the drawing :)

I have one friend who has had two accounts in the last year (not at the same time) and deleted each when he was tired of playing. I know starting over from scratch was really fun for him with the second, and that if he wants to play in the future he's looking forward to starting over again. So I hope that leaving presents you with new potentials for fun in Glitch in the future! - I took a break for 3 months and now I am enjoying it again. - What a shame to leave just as the game is developing into something special (albeit laggy). I would have thought it would be better if you kept your stuff in case you changed your mind... I left too, for two months. After reaching level 60, the thrill was gone.
I came back a couple days ago and I'm playing as much as ever.
Maybe one day you'll find the thrill again, like I did.
