[not a bug] Qrazy Quoins Not Making Sound When You Enter A Street

In this post in Ideas, Danny says that Qrazy Quoins will make a sound when you enter the street they are on

• I'm  not hearing a sound, but I also never heard the DNAja vu sound either.

• I didn't even know there was supposed to be a sound for QQ when you enter the street. I have often wished there was!
