My Herb Garden Problems

My herb gardens are kinda messed up. One garden had 5 or 6 herbs come good on time, the others haven't even sprouted yet even though it is way past time.

The other gardens haven't finished. The line went all the way to the end, then disappeared, and the herbs are sprouted but not done and they are well past time.
