Chat loses key events [known issue: Chrome/Mac combination]

There has always been a sporadic problem with losing key strokes when typing in chat, but lately it's gotten a lot worse. It seems that I'm losing 5-10% of keystrokes now!

Can you please take a look into this as it really slows down typing to have to go back and edit every couple of words to re-enter missing characters.

• Janitch- this is a periodic problem for *some* people more than others on Chrome/OS X. I can concur that I have this issue as well. Some don't. Right now, this is a browser issue we can't do much about. We encourage using Firefox or Safari in the meantime, if you have this problem.

• Thanks, I have confirmed that this is a Chrome/Mac problem. (Safari does not exhibit the issue.)
