IMG Quoin - new street visit disappear before I can claim them on page reload/page crash

Hey, this has happened a few times... I entered a street i had not visited before, for some reason I have to refresh the page - I usually receive a server has not been in contact lately message. Once back quoin is gone 
:(
My IMG is going down the drain - *cries*

• The iMG quoin disappearing when you reload or leave the street is not a bug; that's how they're designed. 
  
  The "server has not been in contact lately" message is probably caused by a less-than-optimal internet connection. Perhaps try this test http://www.glitch.com/help/test/ and send in the results (the link is at the bottom) to see if TS has any suggestions?

• I agree that if you leave the quion should disappear, but it sucks to loose one due to a technical issue warranting a reload.
