No-no in Hell

Not sure if this is a bug or a suggestion instead. I discovered you could indeed sniff No-no while dead, in Hell (though not Pooped due to Wine). It does very little, except repeatedly spawn messages: "You would have gained some energy, but you're dead!" (and the same for mood). Then you crash, and it gives similar messages for mood loss. Then the crash stops, and... nothing. :( Not that I'm trying to be doubly dead... but it seems more reasonable to just say "you can't use that" and avoid the message spam. OR is this potentially an exploit to get Dragon Chaser without being Super Pooped (just keep up the rush, avoid the dying)?
