Mining speed ((My mistake, not a bug))

After getting all three Mining upgrade cards, my mining speed was finally back down (up?) to 2 seconds per cycle. Could you please re-fix this to where it was?

ETA: According to staff, my memory was at fault. My mining speed was supposed to be 4, not 2 seconds.
