3 Foxes on A Street Badge not triggering...

Yep, as it states, I've been in two instances where 3 foxes were on a street at once and no badge. I'm pretty sure others have this as well.

Alas, part of the problem is we didn't have the extra part of the requirement on the achievement page. What it is, there needs to be 9 total present to get it.
