High Class Hoe use discrepancy

My high class hoe doesn't last very long before it breaks.  It seems that when I just use it once, it takes up 3 uses.  For example, if my hoe has 250/250 uses on it, and I tend a patch once, it will go down to 247/250 uses.

• You probably took the "Hoe Down" upgrade. That said, there have been several requests to fix the excessive wear.

• To my knowledge the Hoe Down "upgrade" would cause the hoe to take 5 units of wear per use, not 3, unless some change that I'm not aware of has occurred?

• idk. a single fully charged high-class hoe lasts for 30 plots in my yard with the addition of the card, whatever that works out to. I carry two with me to ensure that my three 15ct gardens are covered without screwing around with repair on someone else's schedule.
