party portal generated off screen

I happened to be at the edge of the screen when I accepted a party invite. The portal was created off screen. I could hear it crackling and popping for awhile but it wasn't accessible.

Yep- we do know this happens on occasion, sorry about that. Feel free to open a help case for us in game at the time you see it; I got you tokened back up.
