[fxied] I cant get out this tower. Help

I couldn't get in Atlantis tower. It shows 100% but I cant get in. So I reloaded and now I keep getting the same screen. I cannot send msgs or hit live help. I am stuck.

• same as Diablo. I can't get in the game. just the glitch logo- no world part. not sure if it's on my end, but normally it will say something and show something on my screen.

• this all started for me with a shelf that i could not remove from my tower's wall in decorate mode. I reloaded the game to try to clear up the issue and now I can not log back into the game.

• I was stuck at reticulating splines and reloaded, and am now stuck at "unpacking 100%" and the picture of me entering my house when the game tries to load.
