Brain Capacity Cards don't effect skills in-progress

I am 99% certain this is happening but will try to confirm in a few days (my BC is 52 so getting the 80K for a card takes me a bit). I also don't know if this is intentional or not.

• Hey there Hydi- yeah, this is something that we have in our queue to review to check to be sure the times to learn are being adjusted properly after the purchase; so, your observation is correct.

• Yeah, I just confirmed it again by paying attention. 8 days 13 hours is still 8 days 13 hours after an upgrade purchase. Cest la beta.
