'Make' button doesn't work, no error message
I've found several times lately that I bring up a recipe, I've got all the ingredients to make a large number (say 72), but when I click on the button nothing happens.
The cause seems to be that the tool doesn't have enough repair points and would break before completion. If I repair the tool then the make button works.
This is new behaviour since kitchen tools were changed to have repair bars. Before, they only broke after completing a run of making items.
Better behaviour would be either
(1) an error message when clicking on 'Make'
or
(2) the tool makes as many items as it can and then asks for repair.
