Unexpected disconnect
I tried to enter the world a few times over the last couple hours, but I keep getting an error report pop-up and when I click send, I get a screen that says "OMG reload! unexpected disconnect", which is the same error I get on the pop-up. Is anyone else getting this error?

I got it again too, and am unable to enter the world. This happened a couple weeks ago and it's incredibly annoying. Both times for me, it happened while entering Putter Track C. I just sent this bug report:
"Oh no, not again....! I was moving from Rooks Way 3 to Putter Track C, and became frozen. Every time I try to sign back in, I get the "OMG RELOAD! (unexpected disconnect)" message. This happened a few weeks ago, and it was a pain in the but (and also involved Putter Track C!) -- could someone PLEASE find out what's going on? Thanks." -
Same here, Putter Track C and disconnected, can't log in now.
They need a "Move to Home" button outside of the game.
If it helps, I was coming from Putter Track D. - Oh, interesting. I was on Putter Track C, too. I wish I had known to avoid it.

- Sorry kevbob - it's still happening. I've been struck by the Putter Track Curse too. I've put in a report...waiting patiently to get back in. (Well, maybe not exactly patiently.)

I have the same problem, I was in the Ancestral Lands but I'm not sure where exactly. I'm going to take a guess and say it was probably Putter Track as well... :/
I sent in a report too, but I didn't mention where I was the first time it happened. *goes to add to the report* - Same thing happening to me now, and it is also Putter Track C.

Hello, I was in Choru, it may have been Putter Track. I froze and had to reload but now I cannot sign into game just getting the unexpected disconnect and add report.
I have been struck by "THE CURSE" ; ( - For right now, if you can't get into the game at all, try opening the Profile page of a friend, and going to their street. Or to your own. Hopefully, that will at least allow you to get into the game while staff is not available to fix the issue.

- My bad ( I got that error at Putter Track, than i teleported to my friend's home street. And i was silly enough to try to get to Putter Track again =) Now teleporting to friend's home street doesn't work for me and i have the same "Unexpected Disconnect" message when i try to log in

- When I was unable to connect to the game, I was definitely stuck online, mood and energy continued ticking away.
- The Putter Track C Bug is back -- I got trapped again just now.
- I got myself stuck, too! We're working on this and will have you all unstuck as soon as we can.
